Client Challenge - EB-5 Regional Center Designation

 

 

The City of Hidalgo, a city in South Texas, was looking for a rapid "turnkey" solution to the formation of an EB-5 Regional Center to fund an infrastructure project to create a destination for tourism and to improve the city's quality of life. The city had been approached by two very prestigious immigration law firms and multiple consultants but they realized the cost and management of separate contracts would slow down the process and the city did not have the strategy in place to align the city's leadership to begin the business planning necessary for the application process.

We lowered the overall cost and provided the strategy to align the multiple agendas and launch the entity formation and application process.

We improved quality, shortened the estimated application timeline and reduced cost for the city's application.
