Client Challenge - EB-5 Direct Investment

Mountain View Logistics owns and operates Dale Carnegie franchises in Texas and California. Mountain View wanted to raise capital to grow the Houston franchise’s revenues and profits.  The anticipated funding would be used to expand, relocate and develop the Dale Carnegie Houston franchise to meet market demands, and also to provide a new commercial enterprise investment for the benefit of investor’s partners to participate in the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program.

Xecute helped Mountain View develop a comprehensive EB-5 investor strategy and marketing plan with an investor package and presentation deck to present the offering to potential, accredited investors. Xecute also modeled and prepared a Matter of Ho, EB-5 compliant business plan for the project.
