Client Challenge - EB-5 Regional Center Designation

 

The Star of Texas Regional Center, a partnership with real estate, infrastructure and manufacturing interest in the Texas Gulf Coast, was looking for support in research, strategy and formation of an entity to apply for an EB-5 Regional Center Designation to fund their projects.

Xecute assisted the client in building the launch team, including legal and economic, strategic business planning, sales and marketing strategy and targeted employment area designation. In addition, we helped secure other partners to fund the application process. 

 

The Result

 

The Star of Texas Regional Center secured the required TEA designation and we were successful in the first regional center application to be approved without a Request for Evidence "RFE". We also secured a source to recruit new investors.
